Prepare a page inventory

Paste or import a CSV with url and title columns. Add topic, keywords and existing_links to improve the plan. Use semicolons between keywords and between existing link URLs; quote fields containing commas.

url,title,topic,keywords,existing_links

  1. Use at least two pages, with all URLs on the same origin. The limit is 200 pages and 1 MB.
  2. Choose descriptive titles. Topics and shared title/keyword terms determine the suggestions.
  3. Add the URLs already linked from each source page in existing_links.
  4. Run the planner, review up to three suggestions per source, then export the CSV.

Example: connecting an Oxygen learning library

A getting-started tutorial and a responsive-container guide share the Oxygen topic. The planner can connect them. If the first tutorial already links to the container guide, include that destination in existing_links and it will be excluded.

Add the suggested link where it helps the reader complete a task. Rewrite the suggested anchor if the page title does not fit naturally into the sentence.

What the suggestions mean

This is a transparent comparison of your inventory, not a site crawler or a semantic AI analysis. It does not inspect page bodies, measure link authority or edit WordPress content. Unrelated pages can share words, so review each recommendation.

Your inventory is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to this tool's server. The planner does not save the inventory between visits; export the results you need.
